Organizations in FRCTools Orders allow teams to collaborate on order management together.
An organization represents your FRC team or any group that needs to collaborate on orders. Key features:
When you first sign up for FRCTools Orders, you'll be prompted to create an organization:
Organizations have three roles:
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access - can manage organization, members, and all orders |
| Admin | Can manage orders, tags, and invite members |
| Member | Can view and create orders, but cannot manage tags or members |
To add team members to your organization:
The invited member will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation.
